インドネシアのインターン生（プログラマ）から半年のインターン期間を終えたレポートが届きました。
2015年12月から2016年6月までの半年間、インドネシアの学生がプログラマとして半年のインターンに来ていて、無事に期間を満了しました。お疲れ様です！
これからも、ツバイソで一緒に開発することになりました！

Within my computer science study, I interested in Application development, especially of web programming. Not only interested in science but also I interest with japan culture as well. It was a great opportunity for me to do a six month internship in Japan with Tsubaiso Inc. The internship was concentrated on ERP software which Tsubaiso develop. I learn to develop big project as a team for my first experience in a culture working that I adore. I got experiences about developing software, japan's working culture as well as problem for the beginning of my interns period.
Tsubaiso used programming language that I've never used before, so I should learn extra for that. Fortunately they transmitted programming experience as pair programming from experienced member. Pair programming was effective way to introduce the Tsubaiso's development environment. Also I got free access to several different e-learning websites. I experienced many different types of cultural shock, but the people were understand me that I need time to use to be with Japan's culture. Most of foreigners will have culture shock for the beginning and the people there were understand with me, so I didn't have any worry with my daily activities or work.
Working in Tsubaiso as interns programmer gave me lot of project management. Before I came to Tsubaiso I didn't have any idea about software project management in real development, but now I know why management project needed and affected development directly. In the early week(Monday) we had meeting to plan activity for a week(sprint) and we close the sprint with retrospective which explain what we had do, problem, what should we improve by this week. Not only experienced about professional working but also I knew Tsubaiso as well as Japan culture.
I though I was lucky person, because I came in the beginning of year. Because of that I used to my first snow, celebrate tsubaiso's anniversary, Hanami party, and etc. I'll have no changes to play futsal as I though before I went to Tokyo because it will hard to find futsal players, but I was wrong. I was able to find people who like to play futsal by meetup.com which very popular in Tokyo. So I didn't have any obstacles about my hobbies. I was impressed with Japanese's attitude. They were people who can be trusted in any field of work.
I was the first muslim worker in Tsubaiso and didn't have any problem about it. People there was very tolerant, they still let me did my religion activities during work time. I though Tsubaiso is very welcome for foreigners even I still couldn't understand Japanese. With all of my experience collected and learned at this internship term, I was able to change my attitude for better. I think that was the most important things I got.
